Below average applicant, what can I do to improve my application?


Hey all, I’m new to this sub but I just wanted to get some input on what my profile would look like to PA schools and what I can do to improve it. A little about me...BSc in Neurobiology, URM, and low income. Cum GPA: 3.41 Sc.GPA: 3.33 Post-bacc GPA: 4.0 (36 semester units)PreReqs: All A & Bs except O-chem, Physics 1, and Genetics all C+.GRE: in progress.PCE: 1640hrs Behavioral tech (not very strong PCE I think)...I’m get my EMT in a couple of weeks. Projected ~400hrs.HCE: 1000hrs Student-run free clinic for underserved, hospital volunteer, Underserved community outreach.Shadowing: 16hrs MD...still searching be for PA shadowE.C: Student association Grant Coordinator, Community church Choir/Youth leader, Local club soccer (fundraising team).LOR: 2 Science professors, PA, Community church ClergymanI hope it doesn’t seem like I’m checking “boxes”, my concern is I am not sure what else I could be doing rn to make myself more competitive and is the EMT a great idea?
